Un **POC (Proof of Concept)**, ou preuve de concept, permet de tester concrètement la pertinence de MS Project dans un environnement métier spécifique. Contrairement à une formation classique, le POC s’appuie sur des cas réels et offre une vision claire de ce que peut apporter l’outil en condition opérationnelle. Il s’agit d’un test grandeur nature, ciblé sur les processus de l’entreprise, qui permet de valider la faisabilité et le retour sur investissement avant tout déploiement. ## En quoi le POC est-il utile aux utilisateurs de MS Project ?
