J'interviens en France, Suisse, Bénélux et à distance. Depuis 2006, j’accompagne les professionnels à exploiter pleinement MS Project, en alliant pédagogie et mise en pratique . Formé au coaching professionnel (Certification CP FFP en avril 2019), j’ai fondé Ruer Formation & Coaching en 2006. L’organisme est certifié Qualiopi depuis juin 2021 dans la catégorie Actions de Formation En tant que référent, j’assure : - La gestion commerciale et logistique - La gestion administrative et qualité - L’audit des attentes et des besoins - Le positionnement des apprenants et la constitution de groupes - La conception de programmes sur-mesure - L'animation de la formation (pas de sous-traitance) - Les évaluations à chaud et à froid, ainsi que l’assistance post-formation J’attache une importance particulière aux relations humaines : chaque collaboration est envisagée comme un partenariat à long terme, pour améliorer continuellement contenu et durée des cursus.
